1. **Social Media Management:**
- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to enhance brand awareness and engage with the target audience.
- Create and curate compelling content, including articles, infographics, videos, and client success stories, to showcase our expertise and services.
2. **Marketing Campaigns:**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to promote services, events, and webinars.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and make recommendations for optimization.
3. **Email Communication:**
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, updates, and personalized communications to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor open and click-through rates, and refine strategies for improved engagement.
4. **Lead Generation:**
- Implement lead generation strategies through various channels, including website forms, landing pages, and targeted advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion.
- Comfortability on the phone to call leads is a big plus.
5. **Content Creation:**
- Produce high-quality written and visual content for blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure content aligns with our brand messaging and resonates with our target audience.
6. **Website Management:**
- Assist in maintaining and updating the firm's website with relevant and current information.
- Optimize website content for search engine visibility (SEO) to drive organic traffic.
7. **Event Coordination:**
- Plan, organize, and execute various events, including seminars, workshops, and client appreciation events.
- Coordinate logistics, manage guest lists, and oversee event setup and breakdown.
8. **Market Research and Analysis:**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
9. **Collaboration and Reporting:**
- Work closely with the internal team, including financial advisors, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, event planning, or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and investment products preferred.
- Proficient in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content creation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
