Financial Planning Associate

Seven Springs Wealth Group is a comprehensive financial planning and wealth management firm located in Brentwood, TN, south of Nashville. We serve individuals and families, both locally and across the country, in a collaborative relationship providing objective financial advice around our clients’ unique circumstances.

We are seeking a support/service adviser, or paraplanner, to join our growing and talented team. The ideal candidate enjoys a dynamic and growing environment, is focused on building a sustainable career through superior client service, earning referrals, and community engagement. The planner should also be comfortable integrating technology into their practice. Acceptable applicants include those in existing paraplanner or support roles, and those who have completed rigorous advisory training programs equipping them with the technical expertise to support a lead advisor.  A demonstrated ability to create financial plans, develop recommendations, prepare reports, and communicate with clients is necessary.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from accredited firm or university. Minimum 2 years financial services experience. Candidates should be detail oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and high integrity. Progress towards CFP®, CFA, or CPA preferred. Experience with eMoney, Fidelity, and Black Diamond/Advent preferred.
