Our team provides comprehensive, fee-based financial planning, fee-based investment advisory solutions, education funding strategies, holistic wealth management, retirement planning and insurance planning.
The Associate Wealth Management Advisor is a key role within our organization. They will be disciplined in the execution of all recommendations for clients as they move through the planning process with the advisor. They will be responsible for helping to maintain client relationships by providing a high level of customer service to enhance the overall client experience. The Associate Wealth Management Advisor will be innovative and solutions-oriented throughout their interactions internally and externally, and be able to thrive, adapt and move chaos to order. Specific responsibilities may include but are not be limited to:

Dissect case notes and delegate key tasks to department leads: insurance, investments, and financial planning
Finalize and organize financial planning documents: financial plans, summary agendas, insurance illustrations, and investment proposals
Anticipate day-to-day needs of the Advisor to allow for a seamless work flow
Track production through each stage of execution; pipeline management
Manage internal communication to ensure accuracy and preparedness, and oversee team workflow
Client onboarding calls: insurance, investments, and fee based financial planning service
Proactive communication with the client throughout the implementation process
Coordinate follow-up items from client/Advisor meetings
Cross-train in other support roles
Must align with team core values to help create the desired culture and environment for the team and clients

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 1-3 years of financial planning experience with reputable Broker Dealer/RIA
Northwestern Mutual preferred
