ABOUT THE ROLE.

Are you a seasoned financial advisor looking for an opportunity to grow? Join our team as a Senior Wealth Advisor and be part of our collaborative approach to managing client relationships. You'll take the lead in managing client relationships, advising, and guiding our clients toward their financial goals through comprehensive financial planning, investment advisory, and effective risk management.

As our Founder refines his role to align with his expertise, the Senior Wealth Advisor becomes the team lead, relishing in mentoring and developing others without direct management responsibilities. In our collaborative approach to client management, individual advisors don't "own" clients; it's a joint effort to deliver exceptional service. This team dynamic implies that you'll mentor and be supported by an Associate Advisor who will assist in client meetings, data gathering, and initial plan preparation. Your primary focus will be leading client relationships, running in-depth planning analyses and scenarios, and delivering recommendations to guide clients in achieving their financial goals.

Being open to learning our unique approach while bringing in fresh ideas for improvements is key. Wealth Advisory

  • Educate and engage potential clients and referrals, guiding them through our prospect and onboarding processes to facilitate their decision to work with us. There is no requirement to generate new or cold leads.
  • Serve as the team lead and lead advisor in client relationships in collaboration with a service or associate advisor.
  • Advise clients holistically and develop tailored financial plans that encompass investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimization, estate planning, and risk management.
  • Collaborate the delivery of a client's wealth plan in collaboration with their other professional advisors.
  • Provide services to clients following our established annual service calendar, ensuring a consistent and proactive approach to client service delivery.
  • Proactively identify client needs, then coordinate and/or complete delivery of those services
  • Collaborate and work with our investment team to deliver investment recommendations and solutions based on a client’s risk tolerance, current financial situation and holdings, financial goals, and time horizon and in line with firm philosophies and models.

Firm & Team Support

  • Where needed, provide supervision of operational tasks, support Associate advisor training, and supervise and delegate to others where appropriate.
  • Lead and/or support advisory-related strategic initiatives and projects to improve financial planning and investment processes, deliverables, and workflows.
  • Provide guidance and peer-to-peer training across the team.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experience as a Financial Advisor role with extensive experience crafting and delivering comprehensive financial plans for High Net Worth (HNW) clientele.
  • Series 65 and a CFP® required (other relevant credentials will be considered).
  • Experience guiding and developing support advisors to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a great listener who speaks to the clients in "their" language.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
  • Experienced and open to embracing the firm's unique methodologies, blending expertise with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Experience with our core platforms is preferred (Fidelity, TD/Schwab, Redtail, E-Money, Tolerisk, Holistiplan, Microsoft Suite).

The Benefits

The Senior Wealth Advisor is a full-time, W-2 position. Salary + bonus ranges from $175,000 to $190,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a medical allowance, a retirement plan with a 4% company match, wellness initiatives, paid and volunteer time off, and growth opportunities.
