Job Description
The Financial Advisor works with the Correct Capital advisor team to support client relationships including:
· Manage wealth management relationships for small and mid-sized clients
· Business development for wealth management and institutional clients
· Assist with participant education for our 401(k) plans
· Manage projects and education campaigns by building effective presentations (as required)
· Simplify complex financial concepts while building rapport and credibility with highly valued clientele
· Ability to thoughtfully introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring together additional client assets while engaging in positive, client-centered discussions
· For small and mid-sized clients, may handle the client relationship autonomously, and work with other Team members for larger asset sized or more complex clients.
· While this role does not have business development requirements, new client relationships are encouraged as you are additionally compensated through our business development incentive.
· This individual is expected to grow into the role of Lead Advisor over time.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 3+ years of financial services experience
· Series 65, or combination of Series 7 and 66
· CFP designation or pursuit of the CFP designation preferred
· Experience with CRMs (Redtail), financial planning software (MoneyGuide) and Fidelity Wealthscape and Schwab Advisor Center is a plus
- Experience with workplace retirement plans (401k, 403b, 457b) is a plus
Compensation Components
· Base Salary - covers day-to-day role expectations and tenure
· Individual Incentive
· Business Development Incentive: 40% of new revenue (in the first year billed) paid semi-annually in July and January.
· Team-Based Incentive
· Participation in the growth pool funded by firm success in growing revenue.
· Allocation of the growth pool will be determined based on relative contribution to the team.
· The growth pool is funded by 30% of revenue growth and includes revenue from all sources: market, new clients, and net new assets.
· The Team-Based Incentive is paid semi-annually in June and December.
