Job Description

  • This is a full-time, long-term position with a wide range of career development opportunities. 
  • Act as Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for activities throughout the client service model.
  • Planning coordination; includes client communication at various touchpoints and maintaining planning-based software.
  • Responsible for ensuring all client needs are promptly and accurately addressed.


  • Firm sponsored CFP® certification process, with opportunities to increase role, compensation, and capabilities. Continuing education is sponsored and highly encouraged.



  • Salary range: $55k to $75k depending on qualifications and experience, with an opportunity to grow. Benefits: Company sponsored medical and life insurance, short and long-term disability, vision and dental coverage with the option for employee to select various coverages.  Paid Time Off (PTO), and 401(k) Profit-Sharing Plan is also available with employer matching contributions.

  • Intermediate to advanced level computer skills.  Ability and willingness to learn and effectively utilize new technologies as requested and required.
  • Experience in the brokerage/banking field highly preferred, although not required.  This position is flexible based on current capabilities of the applicant.  It can begin as an entry-level position, or as a more advanced position, with ongoing career development opportunities.  For candidates without financial industry experience, other professional experience is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Suite of Tools (especially Excel and Teams), eMoney and SharePoint a plus. Familiarity with Client Relationship Management Software Systems (CRM); Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
