Wealth Managed Accounts
We are seeking an experienced product leader to lead our managed account product offering. This person will lead the team responsible for product strategy, development, management, and advocacy for TIAA Wealth Management's managed account products. This individual will play a critical role in evolving our suite of managed account solutions as well as influencing the overall strategic vision and roadmap of wealth products. This role reports to the Head of Wealth Products and Solutions and manage a high performing team. Wealth Product and Solutions team is responsible for strategy, develop and management of wealth product and services, which include managed accounts, brokerage solutions, trust services and 3rd party solutions. Our vision is to offer a diverse set of investment solutions and services to help our clients reach their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Define product strategy and roadmap for managed account solutions across the wealth customer segment, including prioritization of new investment capabilities to be developed.
  • Partner with the Investment Management Group (IMG) to articulate product design, investment approaches and positioning across investment products.
  • Influence, partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders including legal, risk, compliance, technology and operations to successfully launch new investment products.
  • Coach product managers in presenting product design, investment philosophy, process, resources, and results to internal clients.
  • Facilitate and lead in creating and enhancing investment product content for product positioning in collaboration with investment and marketing teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for market developments, competitive environment, and growth trends managed account and advisory services.
  • Hire, mentor and develop talent: This role includes direct management responsibilities for a team of product specialists and business managers.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Required

FINRA Registrations
  • SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 24

Career Level

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10+ years of product strategy and roadmap experience for managed account solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Series 7 and 24 certifications or must be obtained within the first six months after the start date

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $245,400/yr. - $298,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
