Investment Content Manager
As part of the Wealth Chief Investment Office (Wealth CIO), this investment and wealth management communications professional will lead and/or support the content development and design of investment management, thought leadership, and product sales support materials for its managed account and investment initiatives. The content developed will be leveraged to educate and inform, communicate, and train internal and client-facing channels. Target audiences are TIAA Wealth Management existing and potential customers, Wealth Management Advisors, investment Portfolio Managers, and investment support teams.

Base Pay Range: $110,200/yr. - $145,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Execute delivery of core content out of the Wealth CIO by creating weekly market updates, maintaining chartbooks, managing the delivery of content, editing and proofreading market pieces, etc.
- Development of insightful investment content from the Wealth CIO to engage Wealth Management clients and client-facing employees. This includes creation of material that educates and informs advisors and support professionals on investment, research and market-related events, new and existing investment strategies, and investment perspectives.
- Lead, contribute to, and/or design content for investment thought leadership, asset allocation views, and managed account sales support, including:Thought leadership focused on investment markets and the economyInvestment strategy communications and updatesAdvisor, Portfolio Manager, and client investment educationRoutine content updates related to investment performance, asset allocation views, and economic driversVideo and presentation content needs

- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of investment experience in analysis, content management and/or communications
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 7+ years of investment experience in analysis, content management and/or communications
- Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Management
- Strong Excel skills (building / designing charts and graphs)
- Strong PowerPoint skills creating PowerPoint Presentations, infographics and visuals
- Strong Word skills creating articles, visuals and documents
- Experience with Infographics , Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfort level working with Sr Leadership
- Experience working within a deadline driven and fast paced environment
