We are seeking a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ who aspires to make partner. Our CFP® Professionals walk alongside our clients, building relationships and providing experience-driven advice. Our CFP® Professionals are attentive to the needs of the client and the company, communicative, team-oriented, and ethically sound. We support our team members through continuing educational opportunities and mentorship. Our CFP® Professionals are committed to the training and development of themselves and the team as a whole. We are seeking a CFP® who wants to go beyond the 9 - 5 and is willing to put in the effort to make a partner. If you’re a team player who focuses on the details and provides a holistic approach to financial planning that goes beyond our competition, we would like to talk to you!


Meet with clients and prospects to understand their current circumstances and goals.

Analyze the information presented by the client or prospect to determine how we may be able to help.

Develop and present a plan to help optimize their current financial situation.

Implement the financial plan once put into place and adjust over time as needed.

Meet with clients regularly to monitor investments and financial planning items.

Build relationships with current and prospective clients to help maintain and grow the client base.

Preferred Skills

Work ethic and determination to become partner material.

Strong desire to mentor and lead a team.

Vast knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Experience with MS Office, CRM systems, Financial Planning software.

Exceptional Customer Service skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


CFP®, Series 6, 7 and 66 (63/65) – must be current.

Actively licensed in AZ for Health, Life, and Disability insurance.

Clean U4 history.

Professional presentation, pride in oneself and your work.

Organized, detail oriented, exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.

Ability to make personal connections, engage and educate clients, ask open-ended questions, and have active listening skills.

Ability to establish trust quickly and build lasting relationships.

Highly proficient in compliance and operational procedures.


Based on experience and current client base. ($85,000 - $200,000)

Team and Advisor bonus plans (Up to 20% of your annual salary + commission).


Health Insurance – Employer pays 100% of employee’s premium + 50% of family/dependent premium.

Life Insurance – Employer pays premium for $50,000 benefit.

Long Term Disability Insurance – Employer pays 100% of premium.

HSA Match - Up to $1,000 annually.

401(k) Profit Sharing Plan.

Options to sign up for dental, vision and family/dependent medical.


Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Location: 1647 N Swan Rd, Tucson, AZ 85712 (In person only, no remote work).

AWP Timeline

Resumes reviewed daily and responded to within 2 business days.

Scheduled 45-minute phone interview with current partners to review qualifications and goals.

Scheduled 60-minute in-person/Zoom interview with current partners to determine personal compatibility.

Offer letters to eligible candidates will be emailed out.

LPL Financial onboarding process can take 2-4 weeks.

Advisor training meetings are conducted weekly/bi-weekly to provide feedback on progression.
