Who we are: MBR Financial is a boutique RIA wealth management firm providing financial advice and wealth management.  We focus on clients experiencing major life changes such as retirement, divorce, and widowhood.  Whether sudden or anticipated, major lifestyle changes alter how one earns, saves, spends, shares, and invests, which can transform life-altering challenges into opportunities to discover what is possible.  We use personal and technical planning to inform the lifetime and estate structure and investment management to support clients through their journey of change.

Job Role: As an Associate Wealth Management Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our team. You will actively participate in the preparation for and presentation in client meetings, implantation follow-up, and proactively maintain client relationships. This is an ideal role for a CFP with 2+ years of experience who is a self-starter, loves to learn, and wants to make a difference in the lives of clients. This role offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a bonus based on direct contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize eMoney, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint Actively participate in client meetings, documentation and follow-up on action items. Engage in client events to enhance client relations and service. Member of the Firm Investment Committee Cross-train with colleagues to support critical functions within the firm. Reporting Line:

Directly reporting to and mentored by the Firm Principals. Required Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. eMoney software experience is a plus. Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to multi-task. Knowledge of planning concepts, tax planning, and investment principles. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a small team setting. Working Conditions:

 

In-person work environment. Standard workweek: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm. Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan. A supportive team environment within a small office setting. Employment Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States. Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Financial Planning, Finance, or Accounting. CFP designation Successful completion of a background check.
