  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who demonstrates a high degree of personal integrity, resilience, and honesty
  • Exhibits professionalism, confidence, accountability, and respect for others with each interaction
  • Sales focus and a track record of exceeding expectations
  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Competence using technology to interact and present virtually
  • Ability to position services and develop creative solutions to positively influence decision-making and outcomes
  • Capacity to develop relationships and interact with different level individuals within an organization, including executive or management level focus
  • Effective organizational skills to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, lead through issues, and meet time limits
  • Large market retirement plan sales experience
  • Familiarity with advisors and benefit consultants within defined territory
  • Qualified and non-qualified plan marketplace knowledge and competitor insight
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
