Job Details

I'm representing a great opportunity with a well-established fast-growing RIA in the North Shore of Chicago, specifically in Glenview, Illinois.  I'm looking for a seasoned CFP advisor with 5-10+ years’ experience in financial planning and relationship management.  No book is needed as this opportunity is to eventually  take over a large book of business and become the lead advisor to these clients.  The winning candidate has years of client facing experience, works well in a team environment and should be comfortable working with high-net worth individuals.

Compensation will be a base salary of approximately $150k plus a variable comp tied to revenue; all of which is commensurate with experience and current comp (total target comp year 1 all in = $150k-200k+). CFP is required.  Series 66 & 7 are preferred.  You will be a W2 employee which comes with full benefits such as medical, 401k contributions, 25+ days of paid time off etc...

This is a full-time position in the office although there will be some remote work allowed.
