Requirements: Minimum 5 years of financial services experience, Bachelor's degree, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Redtail preferred); experience with Envestnet and NFS platforms a plus, but not required Interest in obtaining CFP® certification (encouraged but not required)

Responsibilities include:

Oversight of client service and operations employees – managing flow of work, assisting with prioritization, and overseeing time and accurate completion of tasks; reports directly to Owners

Supporting and maintaining client relationships by processing client requests accurately, efficiently, and timely.

Daily activities include initiating and processing new business paperwork (including advisory accounts, annuities, insurance and more), completing money requests and addressing other client service items.

Updating and maintaining both our CRM system (Redtail) and the back-office databases.

Participating in ongoing training and education programs to stay current on processing protocols and best practices.

Being adept at balancing competing priorities and shifting focus as needed to address urgent matters while still advancing long term goals.

Handling a diverse range of duties from team engagement and client interactions to prioritization and project execution.
