We are an independent, fee-only wealth management firm located in the heart of Redwood City. We approach our client relationships truly holistically, designing and implementing innovative, proactive strategies to address complex financial problems. We also feel that many clients will only maximize their financial opportunities when provided with appropriate intellectual, and sometimes behavioral, insight and support. Our clients appreciate the support we give them when anything happens in their life; selling a business, changing jobs, buying a car, or if something happens to their loved ones. Our collaboration with our clients runs deep, and it extends to our team as well. Although there is some flexibility, we genuinely like to be in office together. We’ve been building our technological capabilities for years and believe this is a firm strength. We are rapidly growing and it’s an exciting time to join our team!
The Wealth Advisor is an integral part of our firm, serving as the primary connection between our clients and our team. This role is part planner, being the person that loves to dive deep into client situations and identify opportunities to help clients but then also be the advisor, who loves to connect with people and genuinely cares. You have to love both functions to succeed here! You will provide comprehensive technical, financial planning and investment management solutions to a group of clients and perform supervisory functions and mentorship to emerging professionals. Working under the supervision of a Lead Advisor and/or Senior Advisor, you will have decision making abilities on client plans, investment processes and procedures, operational processes and procedures, client affairs, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
You have enough experience in front of clients that you are confident in almost any scenario, and you have obtained proper licensing. You will be an exceptional communicator, influencer, and enthusiastic person who supports the vision, positive culture, and team spirit. You want to be a master of your craft and you are the type of person that is always looking to better yourself.
