Content Development Associate
The Content Development Associate works in conjunction with the Wealth Content Strategy Director, business sponsors, and business stakeholders to understand the business process change management goals in order to develop, publish, and maintain content in support of change adoption.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Contributes to creation of change management content on a wide variety of topics in a manner that clearly describes the “why/what/how” of change.
  • Helps ensure this content is clear, engaging, understandable, and actionable to associates at various levels of expertise/experience in a way that positively influences behaviors and enables acceptance of change
  • Assists in the translation of complex business processes into easy-to-understand end-user written and/or visual communications
  • Publishes, updates, organizes, and maintains multi-media change management content distributed across various internal communications channels (Knowledge Exchange, Allego,, Teams, etc.), ensuring ease of consumption and improving the user experience
  • Curates this content ongoing to maintain availability, visibility, and ensure speed-to-publishing of new and updated content
  • Provides recommendations on messaging and communications formats/platforms to maintain clarity and accuracy of messaging, improving access, and driving engagement

Educational Requirements

Required Skills
•    2+ years SharePoint site creation and maintenance experience
•    Experience creating messaging for Wealth Management or other financial services associates, and for various audience levels

Preferred Skills
•    Knowledge of content management systems and tools (SharePoint, Knowledge Exchange, Allego, Microsoft Teams)
•    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, start-up-minded environment
•    Skilled balancing changing priorities, evolving business processes and objectives, and able to pivot quickly as work priorities dictate
•    A diplomatic, skilled collaborator able to take end-customer and business partner feedback with a positive mindset, and in the spirit of continuous improvement of content
•    Basic understanding of Wealth Management business
•    Background in Instructional Design
•    Familiarity with the basic principles of change management
•    An awareness of the behavioral and emotional elements of communicating process change to large numbers of internal Wealth associates

Base Pay Range: $72,700/yr. - $86,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
