Financial Advisor

Retirement Strategies, Ltd., a growing financial planning and wealth management firm, is seeking a financial advisor with a focus on investment operations. Retirement Strategies is a Registered Investment Adviser and independent from any bank, insurance or brokerage firm.  Our mission at Retirement Strategies, Ltd. is Simple: “We want to reduce the stress and uncertainty related to our client’s financial future”.  This advisor will assist our clients to achieve their financial goals and this is your chance to play a key role in the future success of our fast-growing organization!  

Working directly with our Chief Investment Officer, this financial advisor position will focus on advising our firm clients though the planning and investment management process. This position will also have a focus on supporting investment management operations with expectations of eventually becoming an investment specialist.

As an advisor overseeing clients overall financial wellbeing, you will be supported by financial planning specialists, Client service managers (CSM, Administrative), Tax experts, elder law attorney and insurance specialists.

Please note that in this position, you will work with designated firm clients.  You will not be required or expected to develop your own book of business.  This role will be as a w-2 employee,  not an independent contractor.  All clients are clients of the firm and possible participation in succession planning will be expected.
