Position Expectations:
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining new client relationships, as well as providing top tier advisory services. You will take initial consultations that we provide for you and use every opportunity to partner with those prospective clients. Responsible for giving them the resources and education they need to build a stronger financial future.
Essential Job Functions:
- Independently provide excellent client service while effectively collaborating with the team.
- Lead and present our proven process confidently in consultations with prospective clients and produce retirement projection reports & investment reports.
- Build Financial Plans utilizing eMoney Financial Tools.
- Promote firm-established investment models and strategies that are suitable for each client’s needs.
- Provide recommendation strategies in a clear, supporting, and helpful manner to help clients achieve their short and long-term goals.
- Service and actively source opportunities from existing client book.
- Become expert in Federal Benefits and stay-up-to-date on changes/adjustments.
- Demonstrate active listening skills and communicate relatable experiences during client interactions.
- Actively source opportunities from existing client bases and develop a plan for expanding the COI network.
- Stay abreast of financial planning news and lead by example in technology adoption and financial planning mastery.
- Develop quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies.
- Participate in internal meetings.
- Attend firm client events.
Position Requirements:
- Full-time in office position.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of investment advisory experience.
- One or more of the following designations: CFP, CFA, CIMA, CHFC
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 or Series 65
- Clean U-4 and U-5 history
- Proficient in CRM and Financial Planning software and ability to stay current on new tools available
- Genuine interest in serving and caring for others.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to be present and on time for client meetings.
- Self-motivation and a desire for growth.
- Ability to take direction and a desire to support all team members.
