We are a fee-only financial planning & wealth management firm serving physicians nationwide. We are looking for a self-driven, compassionate, and knowledgeable Lead Advisor. We're flexible on where you work: either in person (Cincinnati, OH), remote, or hybrid. We are authentic, genuine, fun, and very much "non-corporate." Our core values align with the importance of family and work/life balance; we don't "live to work" but rather "work to live" and will be flexible knowing that "life happens"; we don't want to have our team choose between work and family-as long as the job at hand gets done.
As a firm, we have big goals to continue to grow and increase our impact for those clients we currently serve and the clients we want to serve in the future. We are looking for a very talented lead advisor who is wildly passionate about the journey we are on and will guide, inspire, and influence our clients, team, and outcomes.
This is a real influential position. The Lead Advisor needs to be ready to...

Strive for Excellence Our clients trust us with one of their most important life decisions: achieving financial independence. Excellence is our standard. We ensure our advice is thorough, accurate, and detailed. We rely on data and evidence, maintaining objectivity and independence.
Honesty and Integrity Integrity is at the heart of all our interactions. Trust is the cornerstone of our relationship with the physician community. We always speak the truth, even when it’s tough. Our business model is designed to prevent conflicts of interest, ensuring we remain a trusted source. We always strive to do the right thing.
Treat Everyone with Respect In a world where common courtesy can be rare, we treat our clients, team members, vendors, and partners with respect. If a client or prospect isn’t a good fit, we guide them to the right resources.
Take Ownership We exist to help physicians achieve financial independence, and we are equally committed to our own growth and improvement. We embrace curiosity and continuous learning, aiming for every team member to maximize their unique abilities in their role.
No Toxic Personalities We are committed to maintaining a respectful environment and have a zero-tolerance policy for toxic behavior. This applies to both our team members and clients.
