Position: Financial Advisor
We are seeking an experienced CFP to join our dynamic team. In our fully supported and systematized practice, you will provide our clients with expert financial guidance and actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will embody our values and have at least $1M in fee-based assets under management that they expect to transfer in.

Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ overall financial picture, understand their needs, and develop solid financial plans.
- Guide clients toward secure and beneficial financial decisions.
- Cultivate and expand a robust client base through referrals.
- Comply with all industry rules and regulations.
- Liaise with providers, solicitors, valuers, and other professionals.
Skills:
- Proven working experience as a financial advisor.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems.
