The Retirement Plan Relationship Manager (RPRM) is a "frontstage" role, the purpose of which is to cultivate relationships with existing clients. The RPC must consistently deliver exceptional service, be attentive and responsive, and lead meetings that are both engaging and enriching.  Professionalism, energy, knowledge, and a detailed familiarity with the retirement plan clients are the linchpins of success. The ability to earn the trust and confidence to win the respect of clients is a must.
