This is a mid-level position that will support advisors in all facets of the client relationship. You must be an independent and critical thinker with a vested interest in being an advocate for your clients. A knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically back office operations, is highly preferred.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Financial Planning and Client Service:
- Oversee client service activities including client on boarding, account paperwork, money movement, and act as client liaison with our investment team.
- Gather, review and input client data, including financial planning and tax projection software for client meetings.
- Manage setup and maintenance of client portals, including account aggregation Organize and execute client communications as requested by the advisory team.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with advisory team on all client matters.
- See challenges as opportunities to provide a positive resolution and strengthen client relationships.
- Ability to find success in a dynamic, deadline driven, and detailed compliance environment.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree 2 + years’ experience in financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and process paperwork efficiently and accurately
- Warm, friendly personality with the ability to connect with people
- Willing attitude: “no job is beneath me,” not a clock watcher
- Independent, autonomous with a “get it done” mindset
