Coaching Support
This role works closely with our Wealth Management Coaches team and reports directly to the Sr. Director, Sales & Solutions Coaching Regional Manager. The Coaching Support Manager is pivotal in supporting the new associate onboarding experience and wealth associate coaching journey. This role will be a centralized partner for wealth management coaches supporting the sales & solutions coaching strategy.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinate and oversee new associate onboarding training and scheduling in conjunction with our wealth onboarding team
  • Track and maintain records of wealth management coaches progress coaching plans and action plans.
  • Partner with wealth management coaches to schedule group coaching sessions emphasizing client engagement, practice management, and needs based solution training.
  • Gather, prepare, and organize coaching materials in collaboration with leaders.
  • Track and monitor progress of coaching activities and program reporting and key metrics and outcomes.
  • Gather feedback from the field to assess coaching effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of coaching tools, data, and resources.
  • Organize and support workshops within the region in collaboration with Wealth Marketing.
  • Organize logistics for in- person and virtual coaching and team events.
  • Coordinate with business partners to organize internal coaching to wealth sales and solution team.
  • Gather and share best practices on client engagement and practice management.
  • Coordinate with wealth management coaches to provide training, as needed within assigned regions.
  • Manage internal practice management routines to coordinate communicate and provide clarity around business processes.
  • Lead monthly integrated team meetings for wealth management coaches, learning and development managers, and leaders.

Base Pay Range: $90,000/yr. - $113,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
