Wealth Learning Coordinator
The Learning Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of training and onboarding processes. This role involves coordinating facilitator rotations, managing class invitations, and serving as the primary contact for new hires during the in-person training week. The learning coordinator will handle scheduling and logistics, including hotel arrangements, training rooms, TA branded materials, and the coordination of trainers, leaders and guest speakers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Facilitator coordination:
    • Schedule and manage the rotation of facilitators.
    • Handle class invitations for leaders and guest speakers for on-site training, as well as manage outlook calendar invites for live zoom, Workday and Allego based trainings for Foundations training participants.
  • New Hire Contact:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during foundations training.
  • Scheduling and logistics management:
    • Organize logistics such as hotels training rooms, and training materials.
    • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of any TIAA branded materials to training participants.
    • Manage and coordinate the involvement of field leaders, training facilitators, and guest speakers across Foundations training experience.
  • Onboarding communication:
    • Partner with the Onboarding Manager to provide ongoing communication to the field regarding associate training progress and status to completion.
    • Assist with room setup and preparation of training materials for the in-person training week.
  • Onboarding and Training shared mailbox management
    • Oversee the management the teams shared outlook inbox.
  • Class survey management:
    • Distribute class surveys and provide reporting on results.

Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
  • 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Base Pay Range: $78,000/yr. - $95,600/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
