Outreach Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone looking to stay busy, make extra money, or gain an introduction to the insurance/financial planning industry. The primary focus will be engaging prospects before and after our workshops, ensuring suitability, and scheduling follow-up appointments. The coordinator will also manage and organize our prospect database, including re-engaging past prospects who may have fallen off our radar. This is a part-time position without benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospects prior to workshops to ensure they meet suitability requirements.
• Follow up with prospects after workshops to schedule appointments with our advisors.
• Organize and maintain our prospect database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Re-engage past prospects from previous workshops who may have fallen off our radar to explore renewed interest.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Experience in outreach, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry is preferred.

Position Details:

• Pay: $20/hour
• Part-time position (typically Monday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
• Flexible schedule to accommodate workshop needs.
