Financial Advisor - $100-$200k salary commensurate with experience + Partnership Potential

I represent a well established fast-growing independent financial planning firm that is looking for financial advisors (CFP® professionals) who are team players that focus on the details and provide a holistic approach to financial planning.  You will be working directly with clients and meeting with potential prospects.  No book is needed, no cold calling.  You will be a W2 employee with full benefits.  I'm looking for both seasoned financial advisors (CFP® professionals) as well as Associate Advisors.  Base salary will be $100-$200k commensurate with experience and current comp + bonuses.  There is partnership potential for the financial advisor (CFP® professional) who is willing to put in the effort and dedicate themselves to the practice.  No remote work; all work is in the office in Tucson, AZ.

For the seasoned Financial Advisor (CFP® professional):

• Compensation: Base salary ranging from $125,000 to $200,000, plus bonus opportunities
• Position Type: W2 employee with full benefits
• Work Location: 100% in-person, no hybrid option
• CFP® certification
• Series 7, 66 or 65, AZ Life & Health

For the Associate Advisor position:

• Compensation: Base salary ranging from $85,000 to $120,000, plus bonus opportunities
• Position Type: W2 employee with full benefits
• Work Location: 100% in-person, no hybrid option
• CFP® certification (or working towards that designation)
• Series 7, 66 or 65, AZ Life & Health
