We are seeking an Assistant Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the financial planning industry. With mentorship and hands-on experience, this role offers a clear pathway to paraplanner and advisory positions within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling: Coordinate and manage calendars for senior advisors, ensuring seamless scheduling of client meetings.
• Cash Flow Analysis and Presentations: Assist with preparing and delivering financial analyses, reports, and client presentations.
• Operations Support: Provide administrative and technical support to the operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows.
Qualifications:
• Education and Experience:
• No prior experience required. Recent graduates or those interested in financial planning are encouraged to apply.
• Skills and Attributes:
• Strong operational and technical proficiencies.
• Exceptional resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in small teams.
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
