Overview:

As a Client Service Associate at Alison Wealth Management, you play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service, supporting our advisors, and ensuring operational excellence. Your responsibilities include client onboarding, account servicing, meeting preparation, maintaining data integrity within our CRM system, overseeing special projects, tax preparation, and implementing our client service matrix to uphold service standards across all client tiers.

In this role, you will be a liaison to the Senior Advisors so they can focus on facilitating business development for new clients. Your role enables Senior Advisors to focus on revenue-generating activities by delegating strategic and tactical tasks to you. You will be expected to expand your knowledge as a competent subject matter expert in financial planning, investment management and implementation, tax planning, preparation and management, as well as insurance and estate planning.

Your primary focus is to stay current on all client financial plans, ensuring they are implemented in alignment with clients' best interests. You will monitor client plans, collaborate with Senior Advisors on updates, and often participate in client meetings as a second-chair advisor. Your performance directly contributes to the growth of the business, the client experience, and team collaboration.

This role is an entry level role in our advisor career path for someone who aspires to become a financial advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process new client account openings with 100% accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients, aiming to complete within one week.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Manage client requests such as cash distributions and new fund deposits promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and communications.
  • Ensure the CRM system is consistently updated with current client information.
  • Monitor data integrity and address discrepancies immediately.
  • Oversee the implementation of the client service matrix to ensure service standards are met for each client tier.
  • Regularly review and adjust service delivery processes to align with the matrix requirements.
  • Train and guide team members on the service standards specific to each client tier.
  • Assist advisors by preparing comprehensive notes and data for client meetings.
  • Provide insights and background information to enhance client interactions.
  • Take on strategic and tactical tasks delegated by Senior Advisors to allow them to focus on new revenue-generating activities.
  • Provide comprehensive support in client servicing and business development initiatives.
  • Analyze client portfolios and highlight key information relevant to advisors.
  • Participate in client meetings alongside Senior Advisors, acting as a second-chair advisor.
  • Assist in addressing client inquiries and providing expert advice during meetings.
  • Lead and oversee special projects as assigned, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Report progress, challenges, and results to management regularly.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices to enhance client service operations.
  • Aim for 100% client retention by delivering superior service.
  • Address client concerns proactively and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communications.
  • Share best practices and encourage a collaborative team environment.
  • Effectively manage tasks for multiple advisors without compromising quality.
  • Prioritize workload to meet all deadlines and expectations.
