Compensation:

$80k Base Salary
20% Revenue Split
Performance Based Incentives

Key Attributes:

· Health and Life Insurance License, SIE, and Series 66 required

· Proficient in client prospecting

· Comfortable communicating with clients

· Strong writing, editing and verbal communication abilities, including correct punctuation, spelling, and grammar

Responsibilities:

• Develop and actively prospect for new clients.
• Analyze financial data and provide advice on investments, insurance, and other financial matters.
• Identify and recommend strategies to help clients reach their financial goals.
• Monitor the performance of investments and make adjustments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in regulations.
• Provide guidance on retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, and other financial topics.
