Role Summary:

Join us as an Associate Financial Advisor and work closely with an experienced advisor to build and help grow clientele while shaping clients’ financial futures. As an integral team member, you’ll deliver a unique client experience through ongoing planning partnerships, upholding the highest standards of ethics and regulatory compliance in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Client Acquisition

• Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy to drive client acquisition and referrals.

• Work with our experienced marketing team to coordinate events such as seminars and client appreciation gatherings.

• Leverage your network and natural market to acquire new clients.

• Build partnerships with Centers of Influence and implement a client referral program.

Financial Planning & Advice

• Identify clients for engagement in financial planning relationships.

• Prepare for and participate in client meetings to present customized planning solutions.

• Gather client data, create financial planning deliverables, and track progress on agreed-upon actions.

Product Solutions

• Assess each client’s risk tolerance, goals, and time frame to recommend suitable products.

• Run hypothetical illustrations and develop tailored product deliverables.

• Work with our experienced CFA to monitor economic and market trends to make timely adjustments to client portfolios.

Business Management & Client Care

• Continually assess and improve work methods for greater efficiency.

• Manage client data using a contact manager, respond to client inquiries, and maintain accurate records.

• Support other team members through training and participation in weekly meetings.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Ability to meet with clients, develop new business, and present planning strategies.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on client acquisition and business growth.

• Series 7, Series 66, and state life/health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain within 120 days).

Comprehensive Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range:
We offer a competitive salary range starting at $70,000, with the potential to earn up to $250,000+ annually based on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, you’ll have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses, rewarding your contributions to the success and growth of both the business and our clients.

Retirement & Financial Security:

401(k) Plan: Employer contribution up to 3% Health & Insurance Benefits: Comprehensive plans with employer contributions towards premiums for both individuals and families for health, dental, and vision insurance. HSA Contributions: Employer contributions to your Health Savings Account, if on High Deductible Plan Life Insurance: $50,000 covered by the company.
