Job Title: Paraplanner


Campbell and Company is looking for a Paraplanner & Executive Assistant to the Principle in a successful Wealth Management & CPA firm in Spring Hill, Florida.  This person will be looking to gain experience and grow into the role of an advisor within the practice. Our perfect candidate will be licensed and have knowledge of securities, insurance and tax planning concepts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, draft, edit and deliver comprehensive financial plans to clients - Plan design 
  • Analyze prospective client’s investment portfolios and financial planning
  • Prepare printed presentation for client meetings
  • Set and manage appointments for Advisors to include calendar management & client interaction
  • Control calendar, appointments and meetings
  • Insurance compliance 
  • Responsible for the CRM function within the firm
  • Schedule Partner meetings
  • Execute client service requests for Chief Advisor
  • Prepare insurance applications for paperwork appointments
  • Assist with the financial planning process during client on boarding
  • Business analytics & reporting
  • Support the chief Advisor in special projects, as needed
