WHAT YOU DO:

The Client Service Administrator will assist the client advisor in the servicing and administration of client and prospect relationships. You will manage the day-to-day requests from clients and master the entire operational lifecycle of the client relationship. 

More specifically you will:

  • Correspond with clients via email and on the telephone
  • Answer questions and coordinate meetings for the advisor
  • Update and maintain client files and documents
  • Coordinate with the LA-based operations team on new accounts, account maintenance, money movements, and trades
  • Scan and save documents in appropriate files
  • Prepare meetings materials including presentations and reports


WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree coupled with a strong desire to work in the wealth management industry
  • Demonstrated success and enjoy working in client service and administration
  • Exceptional service, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Impeccable organization and attention to detail with a sense of urgency
