Financial Advisor / Partnership Opportunity
Hamrick Investment Counsel is seeking an experienced financial advisor to join our boutique wealth management firm. For over 30 years we have developed an exceptional reputation for delivering professional portfolio management and financial planning services to HNW individuals, foundations, and non-profit organizations by providing genuinely caring, personal service. To manage our growth, we are seeking an entrepreneurial professional with proven experience, who is interested in an ownership opportunity with a well-managed fee-only RIA. Your primary responsibility will be serving existing client relationships as a lead advisor.
The successful candidate should have experience in developing complex financial plans and be accountable for implementing investment recommendations. As a key member of the firm, you will be expected to be a generalist with various responsibilities, including investment research, business development, keeping abreast of tax law and financial planning changes, and occasional administrative duties in order to effectively manage the business.

- 5 years wealth management experience, preferably with high net worth clients
- CFP, CFA and/or MBA
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated history of marketing and managing client relationships
- Experience developing complex E-Money Advisor financial plans and delivering them directly to clients
- Experience with Tamarac
- Strong working knowledge of custodians, preferably Charles Schwab & Co.
- Readiness, maturity and intellect to become a partner and commit to a long-term relationship with the firm
