Financial Advisor / Wealth Manager

We are searching for Financial Advisors / Wealth Managers to help deepen our existing client relationships and broaden our impact in helping individuals and couples as they approach, enter into or enjoy financial freedom.
Ideal candidates have enough experience in the financial services industry to know who they are, what they want and where they should invest their time and talent. Our office enjoys a fast-paced, forward-leaning work environment where we seek to serve our high-relationship clientele.
You will be responsible to care-take 75+ existing client relationships of the firm -- proactively resolving client service issues that arise day to day, monitoring client accounts, incoming / outgoing money movement, trading and ensuring that financial planning is "in motion." You will also be responsible to successfully onboard new clients to the firm using a proven, time-tested method of success. You may also bring with and/or cull your own set of clients should you desire.
In this very hands-on role, Financial Advisors / Wealth Managers must be fully dedicated, professional in appearance and mannerisms, genuinely caring, able to supervise / train administrative support staff and have a willingness to serve as a contributing team member. Our Advisors / Managers are expected to be fully licensed and appointed as a registered representative and an investment advisor representative of Commonwealth Financial Network.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities include a strong work ethic, client service orientation, superior attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking abilities and work-flow habits, outstanding time management skills, flexibility, adaptability and the ability to receive and give delegation while coordinating with others to meet business deadlines. A high level of competency using Microsoft software, comfort in learning / employing new technology, excellent communication (phone and Zoom etiquette, verbal and written) skills and the ability to think fast and drive to both solutions and results are required.
This is a full-time career position. Compensation includes a base salary, a quarterly bonus and possible variable income. 401k with immediate vesting and group health, dental and vision insurance available. Clarion is an equal opportunity employer.

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the financial services industry is required. FINRA s7, s66 and resident Virginia L/H (with variable) are also requirements for this position. Certifications a plus.
