As an Associate Paraplanner, you will play a central role in the execution of client-related service work, building financial and retirement plans for clients, and supporting the firm's lead advisors. Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide Ritz-Carlton quality service to clients

Support lead advisors by performing the following tasks:

  • Create and send client reports
  • Open, update, and maintain client accounts
  • Prepare for client meetings
  • Attend client meetings
  • Maintain detailed notes & manage tasks in CRM (Junxure)
  • Maintain client files
  • Process client paperwork
  • Fulfill client requests
  • Prepare and send client correspondence
  • Answer phones & screen client calls

Process trades and monitor the firm’s proprietary investment models

Create customized client financial & retirement projections utilizing financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro)

Consult with clients on benefits analysis related to pensions, Social Security and Medicare

Assist with operational projects



  • REQUIRED: BA/BS degree, preferably in business, finance, or economics
  • REQUIRED: Currently pursuing or currently hold a CFP designation & Series 65 license
  • Advanced knowledge of financial account types, investments, and financial & retirement planning topics
  • Experience working with financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
