Stewardship Advisors is seeking a full-time Client Services Coordinator to provide outstanding client care and exceptional administrative support to the organization.  This position will be responsible to deliver the highest level of customer service to both external clients and internal colleagues.  Additionally, the Client Services Coordinator will accomplish a variety of office tasks such as communication, scheduling, report preparation, document processing, and other firm logistics.  This position offers an excellent opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated individual to make an impact as part of the collaborative team.  The successful candidate will possess a willingness to learn and a heart for serving others.

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful customer service experience in a professional environment, essential
  • Demonstrated proficiency with technology including MS Office Suite, required. CRM software experience, a plus
  • High School diploma, required. Continuing education, desired
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Interest and/or knowledge of the Wealth Management industry, a plus
  • Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
