We have a unique opportunity for a successful, creative, like-minded Advisor to play an integral role in our growing, entrepreneurial firm.

The Advisor will assume primary relationship management (over time) for existing client relationships and, with the support of our Associate Advisors will:

  • Proactively and frequently connect with clients to build trust and advance relationships
  • Lead client meetings on topics including portfolio reviews and all aspects of financial planning
  • Play a key role in firm growth by sourcing and executing on new client opportunities
  • Contribute to the firm’s investment excellence as an active, participating member of the Investment Committee
  • Informally mentor and potentially formally manage more junior team members
  • Add to firm strategy by raising and implementing best practices
  • Create written content, such as blog posts, in areas of subject matter expertise
  • Seek opportunities to promote the visibility of the firm through events, speaking engagements, and community involvement

What you must offer us:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in direct client wealth management
  • Four?year undergraduate degree; advanced degree preferred
  • CFP® certification
  • CIMA® certification or willingness to obtain CIMA®
  • Outgoing, optimistic and engaging personality, with an eagerness to challenge the status quo while working effectively both individually and as a team
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done in a small company with a hands?on culture
