Island Wealth Management, a financial planning and asset management firm, is looking for a college junior or senior for a summer internship position.  Candidate will participate in all phases of the financial planning process (investments, goals & objectives, investment performance, estate planning, cash flow/savings management, insurance reviews, tax planning, etc).  

Primary duties include:

• Interacting with office staff and clients in a team setting
• Use software tools to prepare various financial planning reports
• Assisting in the preparation of client presentations
• Sit in on client meetings and prepare recap summaries
• Facilitate and follow up on the implementation of financial planning recommendations
• Maintain communication with current clients through on-going mailings, email and phone calls
