Work with the Director of Business Development to build and execute marketing strategies to promote the firm’s wealth management services to existing referral sources in Florida.
Meet with prospective clients and referral source to present firm’s unique value proposition, determine financial planning needs and onboard new clients.
Provide ongoing communication about the investment portfolio and provide complex financial planning services as needed to deepen and retain the client relationships.
Develop new client opportunities thru organic growth such as referrals from existing clients and Centers of Influence.
Seminars and/or presentations to potential prospects on financial planning topics, market updates etc. to drive new business.
Wealth Adviser will be responsible for both the marketing of the firm's Wealth Management services to prospects and the referral platform as well as the management of client relationships and financial planning.
Minimum 5 yrs. client facing experience managing high net worth individuals and family relationships.
A balance of sales/marketing skills to market to the referral relationships as well as the planning experience to manage client relationships.
CFP®designation with good command of financial planning, estate planning, tax planning, employee benefits and insurance planning.
Clean U-4 record.
An understanding of financial markets and investments with the ability to explain them in an easy to understand way.
Strong client focus and ability to balance both existing client needs as well as developing new clients.
Experience with Salesforce, Emoney, Microsoft Office preferred.
History with managing an existing referral network a plus.
Local presence with roots in the community, Firm will not cover relocation costs.
